A Testing Manager is responsible for the success of our testing delivery, taking care of the important activities of clients’ testing projects, including test scope planning, test run management, and results reporting. You will work closely with clients, the Testers, Test Leads, other Testing Managers, Testing Delivery, and our Engagement Managers to ensure that testing is executed with the Testlio stamp of quality.

As a Quality Engineer 2 at Granicus, you'll contribute to the quality of multiple software platforms, executing on quality initiatives throughout the entire testing lifecycle. Responsibilities include test case creation, manual testing, defect analysis, and status reporting. Experience with automated testing is highly desirable in this role.

Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures for our Computer Vision Team. Conduct data acquisition and data annotation efforts. Validate CV developments by creating/running scripts and/or conducting technical experiments defined together with the team. Collaborate with product teams to ensure quality of features that integrate Computer Vision components. Be an active participant in all parts of the software development process, cross-functionally.

Responsible for ensuring that all software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, working closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify, report, and track bugs and issues, ensuring software products are functional, user-friendly, and meet the needs of clients.

Join 9th Way Insignia as a ServiceNow Test Analyst, supporting the USPTO in migrating from Remedy to ServiceNow. Responsibilities include validating features, functionality, and defects; using story information in Agile tools to verify and validate results; and providing charts, statistics, and details on ownership and resolution timelines. Additional tasks involve validating automation and capturing defect details, contributing to KB articles for the new solution platform.
